Studio Terms & Policies

Bookings & Rescheduling

All bookings are made without a deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to reserve studio time and resources for the scheduled session.

Requests to reschedule a booking must be submitted no less than 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Approval of any rescheduling request is at the sole discretion of the studio and is not guaranteed.

A booking may be rescheduled once without penalty, subject to studio approval. Any subsequent rescheduling request shall incur a fee equal to 50% of the applicable hourly rate for the booked session.

The rescheduling fee becomes immediately due upon approval of the additional schedule change and remains payable regardless of whether the session is ultimately attended, cancelled, or completed.

Any waiver, reduction, or exception to the rescheduling fee may only be granted by the studio owner or an authorized administrator in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

The studio reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate services to any client or guest at its sole discretion.

The studio shall not be obligated to provide services to any individual whose conduct, behavior, actions, or requests are deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the professional operation of the studio.

No refund, credit, or compensation shall be owed for sessions terminated due to violations of these policies or unacceptable conduct.

Client Responsibility & Property Damage

The client who books the session assumes full responsibility for their own conduct, the conduct of any guests accompanying them, and any damage caused during the booked session.

Any damage to studio equipment, instruments, furnishings, facilities, or other property resulting from negligence, misuse, carelessness, recklessness, intentional acts, or violation of studio instructions shall be the financial responsibility of the client.

Where damaged property can be repaired, the client shall reimburse the full cost of repair, including any associated labor, shipping, replacement parts, loss of use, or related expenses.

Where repair is not reasonably possible, the studio owner shall determine fair replacement compensation based on the item's market value, replacement cost, age, condition, and any resulting business interruption.

The studio reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover unpaid damages, losses, costs, or fees.

Conduct Policy

The studio maintains a professional working environment and expects all clients and guests to behave respectfully toward staff, contractors, and other clients.

The studio reserves the right to immediately terminate any session and require the removal of any person engaging in rude, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intoxicated, violent, or otherwise unacceptable behavior.

Any such termination shall not relieve the client of their obligation to pay for booked time, damages, fees, or other outstanding amounts.

Payments & Release of Files

All project-based services, including but not limited to recording, editing, mixing, mastering, production, and consulting services, must be paid in full before any files, recordings, masters, stems, session files, exports, or other deliverables are released.

The studio and engineer retain possession and control of all project materials until all outstanding balances, fees, and charges have been paid in full.

Partial payment does not entitle the client to partial delivery of files, recordings, or project assets unless expressly approved in writing by the studio.

Any exception to this policy may only be granted by the studio owner or an authorized administrator and must be documented in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, attending, or using the studio's facilities or services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Policies.
